Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support collections, payments, reconciliations, accounting closings, taxes, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive accounting and tax management collaboration 2. Support in monthly accounting closings and audits 3. Customer risk management and advance payment control UPM collaborates with Anudal in the search for an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT. Recording of collections and payments. Bank reconciliations and treasury monitoring. Management of collection batches and promissory note control. Support in monthly accounting closings and general accounting. Customer risk management (COFACE / CESCE). Control and recording of advance payments. Payroll accounting, social security contributions, and amortizations. Preparation of documentation for audits. Filing and monitoring of periodic tax returns (VAT, Personal Income Tax, Forms 123, 190, etc.). Downloading financial reports and providing administrative support for departmental tasks. * Experience: 3 years. Prior experience in accounting functions (desirable) – 3 years. * Education: Degree in Administration, Accounting or related field. * Competencies / Knowledge: Knowledge of general accounting and taxation. Proficiency in office software (especially Excel).
