General administrative and filing tasks We are looking for a candidate for an administrative assistant position with accounting responsibilities at a company located in Elche, specifically in the Torrellano Industrial Park. Main responsibilities will include daily accounting management, recording and posting purchase, sales, and expense invoices. You will also assist in preparing documentation required for quarterly and annual tax filings. The role further encompasses performing bank reconciliations and account monitoring, as well as controlling expenses and allowances for the sales team. General administrative and filing tasks will also be carried out. A temporary contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00. The fixed gross monthly salary is €1506.
