Job Summary: We are seeking a golf course coordinator to supervise activities, ensure smooth gameplay flow, manage incidents, and guarantee compliance with regulations, while maintaining constant observation of the course. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and on-site supervision of the golf course 2. Incident management and compliance with regulations 3. Dynamic and proactive position with customer service focus We require a versatile individual to coordinate operations at a well-known golf course in Vallromanes. Main responsibilities include overseeing general course activity, moving around in a golf cart to ensure consistent and efficient gameplay flow, and monitoring for delays between holes. Additionally, it is essential to identify and manage any incidents occurring on the premises, such as gameplay delays, behavior inconsistent with regulations, or potential safety hazards. The objective is to ensure all participants comply with both club regulations and general golf rules, maintaining constant observation of the course conditions throughout the day. This position requires full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, scheduled from Monday to Sunday. Working hours will be split shifts, with availability required between 10:00 and 19:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Customer service experience. * We seek a dynamic and proactive individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and Catalan. Spanish \- Native, Catalan \- Native, English \- Intermediate * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
