A company dedicated to manufacturing metal furniture is seeking to hire a **Workshop Operator** for our production plant. Main responsibilities * Operation and feeding of FANUC welding robots. * Operation of bending machines, presses, and shearing machines. * Interpretation of manufacturing drawings. * Use of measuring and verification instruments, especially **vernier calipers**. * Manufacturing, forming, and assembly of metal parts. * Quality control and verification of manufactured parts. * Machine adjustment and tool change as required. * Compliance with production, quality, and safety procedures. * Basic maintenance of the workstation and assigned machinery. Requirements * Prior experience as a workshop operator in the metal sector. * Experience operating FANUC welding robots or similar. * Experience with bending machines, presses, and shearing machines. * Ability to interpret technical drawings. * Regular use of measuring instruments, especially vernier calipers. * Responsible, organized, proactive individual with ability to work in a team. Preferred qualifications * Training in Mechanical Manufacturing or related field. * Training under the Metal Industry Collective Agreement (TPC). * Experience in industrial production environments. * Immediate availability to start. **Preference will be given** to candidates with training related to mechanical or metal manufacturing, as well as immediate availability to start.
