Job Summary: Supervises and performs tests, analyses, and evaluations of materials to ensure products meet established quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures product quality from raw materials to final delivery. 2. Manages material receipt and coordinates internally. 3. Maintains and calibrates precision measuring equipment. Quality Operator in Sabadell. The position involves supervising and performing tests, technical analyses, and material evaluations throughout the entire production process—from raw material receipt through manufacturing to final product inspection. The incumbent must ensure that items comply with technical specifications and established quality standards, intervening on the production line to halt operations if products fail to meet customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing material receipt and logistics, placing orders via an ERP system, and supporting internal coordination. Occasional travel to an external warehouse is also required. Another key duty is maintaining and preserving measuring equipment—such as calipers and profile projectors—ensuring they remain in good condition and properly calibrated to guarantee measurement accuracy. We seek a candidate with a Higher Vocational Training qualification or, at minimum, two years of experience in quality inspection within an industrial environment. Basic knowledge of quality principles, mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and flexible availability are required. Experience operating a forklift and holding the corresponding certification will be considered an advantage.
