At Moventia, we aim to hire a **QUALITY TECHNICIAN** Reporting to Management and the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support in managing the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring document control, monitoring quality indicators, and preparing internal and external audits, thereby contributing to the company’s continuous process improvement. **What will your responsibilities be?** **IMS Management and Maintenance:** * Maintenance and updating of the quality management system. * Control, review, and improvement of IMS documentation. * Management of versions of procedures, instructions, and records. * Ensuring compliance with quality system requirements. * Preparation of evidence and support during internal and external audits. * Tracking of corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. **Indicator Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:** * Definition, monitoring, and analysis of quality indicators (KPIs). * Preparation of monitoring reports and quality reporting. * Identification of deviations and support in implementing improvement actions. * Collaboration in optimizing internal processes. **Technical Quality Support:** * Support in implementing and maintaining ISO standards or other applicable regulations. * Participation in projects to improve the management system. * Coordination with various departments to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Support in preparing technical documentation for the system. **What do you need to succeed in this role?** * Education in Quality, Engineering, Sciences, or related fields. * Prior experience in Quality Departments or Integrated Management Systems (IMS). * Knowledge of ISO standards (desirable). * Rigorous, analytical, organized individual with a focus on continuous improvement. * Ability to analyze data and indicators. * Proficient use of Excel and document management tools. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * **Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (travel between Sabadell and Mataró bases).** **What can we offer you?** * Opportunity to grow within the leading company in the mobility sector. * Stable position with an indefinite contract. * Training and professional development in the Quality area. * Flexible compensation plan tailored to your needs (health insurance, meal vouchers, etc.).
