Are you ready to join us? **About the Role:** As a Support Consultant at SD Worx Iberia, you will use our ticketing system to resolve client inquiries and incidents concerning the operation of our HR management solution and all its modules (e.g., payroll, time tracking, competencies and talent, budgeting). You will deliver efficient and high-quality solutions. **Your daily work with our clients:** * Providing **consulting** to our on-premise, SaaS, and MPS (managed payroll services) clients. * Acting as the liaison between implementation/MPS teams for new clients, **overseeing** delivered documentation and **auditing** all configuration. * Configuring international clients in the **SME segment**, with employees based in Spain. * Delivering **technical and functional training** to users, providing support and contributing **improvement proposals** to the product area. **What We’re Looking For:** * Degree in **Labor Relations, Human Resources**, or a related field. * 3–5 years of relevant knowledge and/or experience in labor relations, **payroll management**, or similar roles—preferably within an **accounting firm, payroll advisory service, or consultancy**. * 3–5 years of experience configuring the **payroll and Integrho portal modules**. * Proactive, assertive, strongly **client-oriented**, service-minded, and adept at **problem solving**, with strong **communication skills**, high levels of **organization** and planning, **rigor**, and methodology. * Motivated to develop your professional career within a technology consultancy specializing in labor matters. * Contributing to our team spirit with a good dose of humor and your own personal style. * **Spanish** is mandatory; **English** proficiency is highly valued. **What We Offer:** ️ Flexible working hours ️ 100% company-covered private health insurance ️ 25 vacation days ️ 18 hours for personal matters ️ Summer reduced schedule: 36 hours per week instead of 40, for four weeks (to be scheduled between July and August) ️ Flexible remuneration options: meal vouchers, transport vouchers, etc. ️ Provided laptop and equipment ️ Workation: possibility to work from any SD Worx office (4 weeks per year) ️ Training opportunities: language courses (subject to availability), individual training allowance, personalized development plan, and professional training ️ Professional growth: whether you aim to become an expert in your field or broaden your knowledge more broadly—there’s always room to grow within SD Worx!
