Full-time position with rotating shifts in a dynamic environment We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for a spa and thermal water center in Barcelona. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring all equipment and facilities operate correctly, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to guarantee the well-being of customers and employees, while fully complying with safety regulations. **Daily responsibilities include:** inspecting hydraulic and electrical systems; monitoring swimming pool parameters such as temperature, chlorine, pH, and filtration; and maintaining cleanliness and disinfection. Additional tasks may be assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Center Director. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 03:00, respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a technical maintenance role, preferably in electrical systems, plumbing, and/or swimming pools. * Prior experience in swimming pool management and maintenance is considered an advantage. * We seek a dynamic and proactive individual. * Local residence near the workplace is desirable. * Vocational training (Medium or Higher Level) in Electricity and/or Plumbing.
