




Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate for the purchasing department to manage orders, track shipments, and handle logistics while collaborating with the design team and workshops. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration with the design team for collections 2. End-to-end order and logistics management 3. Opportunity to take on export/import tasks We are looking for a candidate to join the purchasing department of a company located in El Prat de Llobregat. The candidate will report directly to the General Management and work closely with the design team to prepare purchase orders to suppliers based on collections confirmed by clients. Once orders are placed, the candidate will be responsible for tracking and receiving all items, monitoring delivery deadlines, quantities, and prices, prior to shipping them to workshops in Tunisia. Additionally, the candidate will inform the Tunisia-based team about necessary preparatory steps before materials arrive. Regarding exports, the candidate will prepare customs documentation for shipments to workshops. For imports, the candidate will manage logistics to deliver collections received from Tunisia to end customers. These two latter responsibilities will be assumed once the above tasks are fully mastered. The annual salary ranges from €20,000 to €23,000 gross, depending on experience. An initial contract will be offered through a temporary employment agency, followed by a permanent full-time contract. Furthermore, after demonstrating strong performance, the candidate may work remotely two days per week. Requirements 1. Administrative Vocational Training Certificate (FPII). MANDATORY. 2.
