Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the infrastructure and equipment of a global logistics center, including industrial refrigeration systems, and to coordinate maintenance teams and service providers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead maintenance operations at a global logistics center. 2. Manage maintenance teams and maintenance service providers. 3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems. **Minimum Requirements** * Intermediate-level qualification or proven experience in the maintenance field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Manager, including supplier and client management. * Experience in industrial refrigeration systems is desirable. ### **Company Description** We are a global leader in logistics and supply chain management, with a presence in every country worldwide. We are looking to hire a Maintenance Manager for one of our logistics centers. This role will be responsible for addressing, at a defined level, all maintenance-related demands concerning the center’s infrastructure and equipment. Key Responsibilities: * Manage maintenance of industrial refrigeration equipment. * Resolve incidents that may arise at the workplace. * Manage the team of general maintenance technicians. * Notify external service providers to address maintenance requirements that cannot be resolved internally. * Maintain a small stock of materials to resolve incidents as they arise. * Oversee maintenance work contracted to third parties. * Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce incident frequency. * Execute corrective actions within the M.A. (Maintenance & Assets) area under their responsibility, and propose continuous improvement measures. * Ensure equipment and facilities within the M.A. area remain in good working condition, thereby supporting the center’s environmental management in alignment with objectives and targets set by Management and required by law. * Maintain equipment and facilities in good working condition.
