ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICIAN (REF.957) YOUTH IN PRACTICE PROGRAMME

Description

This offer belongs to the SOC\-YOUTH IN PRACTICE 2025 programme and is addressed to candidates meeting the following requirements: \- Individuals up to 29 years of age. \- Must be registered in the National Youth Guarantee System Register. \- Must be registered as unemployed jobseekers (DONO). \- Must hold the required university qualification prior to the start of the contract. \- The qualification must have been obtained after 26/02/2023. \- Official undergraduate, bachelor’s, engineering or doctoral degrees in the following fields: environmental sciences, agronomy, biology (including environmental biology, biological sciences and biological systems), marine sciences, forestry, geography (including territorial planning), geology, chemistry or veterinary science. \- Catalan language proficiency level C1. \- Valid driving licence. \- Basic user-level office software skills (Word, Excel, etc.). \- Additional training in waste treatment, pest control, fire prevention, river maintenance. a) Develop, analyse, implement and monitor policies, strategies, programmes, plans and projects for environmental management and sustainable development. b) Promote, assist and manage administrative procedures related to the environment. c) Advise on integrating sustainability into the municipality’s sectoral policies. d) Inspect, analyse and monitor actions and activities impacting the environment. e) Plan, manage and monitor financial aid and investments directed towards activities specific to this field. f) Any other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor. * Experience: 0 months.
