




Job Summary: The Materials Conditioning Analyst is responsible for sampling raw materials and analyzing conditioning materials, ensuring regulatory compliance in the chemical laboratory. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for sampling and analysis in the QC I&O laboratory. 2. Ensures compliance with regulations (FDA, GMP, pharmacopoeias). 3. Promotes teamwork, proactivity, and continuous improvement. Within the QC I\&O department, reporting directly to the Chemical Laboratory Manager, the Materials Conditioning Analyst will be responsible for conducting raw material sampling and conditioning material analysis, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (FDA, GMP, pharmacopoeias, BI procedures, and quality standards). **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform raw material sampling. * Manage reference and retention samples. * Conduct physicochemical analyses of conditioning materials and services. * Document analytical results and enter them into the laboratory’s LIMS. Investigate and document OOX. * Maintain laboratory order and condition: transport and store samples, store stability samples, maintain order and cleanliness, prepare and monitor reagents, monitor reference standards, manage reagent and material procurement, and perform any other general tasks. **Profile \& Requirements:** * Vocational Training in Chemical Analysis or equivalent * Basic knowledge of GMP * Minimum 1 year of experience in regulated environments. * Ability to work effectively in a team, flexibility, proactivity, and initiative at work, with a focus on continuous improvement, contributing ideas and proposing solutions.
