Quality Management Technician

PASTAS GALLO is seeking a Quality Management Technician for a split-shift position to join our workplace located in Sant Vicenç dels Horts. Reporting to the Head of Quality, the responsibilities are as follows: * Collaborate and act as an ambassador in the continuous development process of the production plant's food safety and quality culture. * Assist in developing the HACCP plan and ensure its implementation. * Manage and maintain up-to-date prerequisite program procedures, as well as associated records. * Ensure and guarantee compliance with the plant's IFS certification; support managing corrective actions arising from non-conformities, verify their effectiveness, and ensure full staff compliance. * Provide support and accompany audits and inspections, as applicable. * Deliver required food safety training during initial and periodic plant training sessions. * Identify staff training needs. * Conduct periodic check\-lists. * Support drafting technical data sheets and product labeling. * Record data and manage the SAP system for internal and external analysis results, raw material and finished product inspections, etc. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Food Innovation and Safety / Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology / Bachelor’s degree in Biology / Food Engineering or related fields. * Specialized training in HACCP and food safety. * SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. * Required competencies: Planning, analytical thinking, attention to order and quality, problem-solving, teamwork, oral communication, impact and influence.
