Comply fully with company policies and procedures regarding safety and security; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; complete safety training and certification; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; safeguard confidential information and protect company assets; communicate clearly and professionally with others; build and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals; listen attentively to colleagues’ concerns and respond appropriately; strictly adhere to quality expectations and standards; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout entire shifts; reach overhead and below knee level; bend, twist, pull, and stoop; lift, carry, move, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
