Main tasks include transformer surface repair and finishing, such as deburring, putty application, and sanding. Sandblasting will also be carried out in blast booths, along with metallizing and painting of equipment. Additionally, the position involves final accessory assembly on transformers. Quality control will be performed to ensure proper finishing and compliance with technical specifications. Basic maintenance of tools and paint booths will also form part of daily responsibilities. A rotating shift schedule is offered, alternating every 15 days between morning (6:00–14:00 h) and afternoon (14:00–22:00 h) shifts. The annual gross salary is €20,061.92. The initial contract duration is 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning to an indefinite-term employment contract. * Demonstrable experience in painting and repair (approx. 2 years). * Knowledge of surface preparation, puttying, sanding, and repair. * Personal vehicle. * Immediate availability. * Residence near Montornès del Vallès. * Ability to work with precision and attention to detail. * Knowledge of safety regulations and handling of chemicals used in painting. * Organized, active, dynamic, and versatile individual.
