At Anthesis Group, we are truly committed to putting people and our planet at the heart of all we do. **Summary of Role \& Key Responsibilities** The Design Director is responsible for leading creative vision and design execution across projects, ensuring strategic alignment, visual excellence and brand consistency. This role combines high\-level conceptual thinking with hands\-on design leadership, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver powerful and inspiring visual experiences.### **Key Responsibilities** * Design Execution: Lead a project from start to finish, use initiative and work autonomously ensuring work aligns with strategic thinking that creates outcomes relevant for the brief, audience and client. * Creative Thinking: Take a lead in the development and prototyping of brand identity concepts, campaigns and other mediums. * Client Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships and work alongside clients to deliver innovative design solutions. * Leadership: Actively foster strong relationships with clients and cross\-functional teams while taking a pastoral role to develop more junior team members. * On\-trend: Stay up to date with latest trends and experiment with new approaches. ### **Skills, Knowledge \& Expertise** **Key Requirements*** Minimum 5 years of experience in a design or art direction role working with global brands. * Proven ability to manage complex creative projects from concept to completion. * Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, campaign and digital design work. **Skills, Knowledge \& Expertise*** Design Skills: Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). Experience in Art Direction, Motion and 3D are desirable. * Project Management: Strong organisational skills and ability to manage, plan and deliver multiple projects to tight deadlines with demonstrable budget setting and management skills. * Attention to Detail: A passion for design and craft, with strong knowledge of typography and brand expression. * Communication: Clear, concise, and effective communication with clients, and internal teams. Liaise with Clients and where appropriate, lead in pitches and presentations.
