




Job Summary: We are seeking a procurement manager for an industrial environment to manage and supervise the entire procurement cycle, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery for consumables and machinery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise the entire procurement cycle. 2. Identify and evaluate new suppliers to optimize costs and quality. 3. Maintain communication with production and warehouse to ensure smooth workflow. We are looking for a candidate with experience in procurement management within an industrial setting in Sant Feliú de Llobregat. You will be responsible for managing and supervising the entire procurement cycle—from identifying requirements to receiving materials—ensuring operational efficiency and timely delivery. Your role will be critical in maintaining the supply flow of consumables and machinery required for our operations. Your main responsibilities will include managing purchase orders, identifying and evaluating new suppliers to improve cost-efficiency and quality, and comparing quotations. You must monitor delivery schedules and resolve any issues that arise. Communication with production and warehouse teams will be essential to prevent stock shortages. You will also verify delivery notes and invoices, and maintain accurate records in the management system. A degree in Administration, Logistics, or Commerce is required, along with 1–2 years of procurement experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and at least one management system is mandatory. We seek an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who works well in a team. Knowledge of English is an advantage for dealing with international suppliers. Education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration, Logistics, Commerce, or related field. Prior experience of 1\-2 years in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented. Proactive and capable of teamwork. English language proficiency is desirable.
