You will be responsible for conducting technical\-economic studies to prepare execution offers for multitechnical installations in the tertiary, healthcare, and industrial sectors. * Conducting site visits to collect technical data. * Performing technical and economic analysis of projects to assess their feasibility. * Designing installations (electrical, HVAC, mechanical, steam, fire protection, etc.) in compliance with current regulations and preparing basic-level technical documentation (schematics, drawings, layouts). * Preparing quantity take-offs for economic valuation when detailed project specifications with measurements are unavailable. * Calculating costs based on existing projects or internally developed designs (installation design). * Preparing, presenting, and validating technical and economic offers. * Managing and coordinating suppliers and subcontractors, including requesting quotations, comparative analyses, and follow-up. * Preparing technical reports, monitoring projects, and managing required administrative documentation. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Energy, or related fields) * 5 years of experience in a similar or related position. * Knowledge and experience in installations. * Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD or similar) * Knowledge of Presto is desirable. * Advanced Excel skills for calculations and budgeting. * Valid Class B driver’s license. **Additional Information** **What can we offer you?** * The opportunity to join a leading multinational company in the sector. * Indefinite-term contract. * Flexibility. * Professional growth.
