Main Responsibilities: * Coordination of various activities organized by the organization (summer camps, Badiu, etc.). * Researching resources for activities and excursions. * Recruiting activity leader teams. * Supporting the rest of the organization’s coordination team. * Coordination with corresponding Parent-Teacher Associations (AMPES). * Collaborating and working as part of a team with other leaders within the organization. * Acting as the designated point of contact and responsible person for the activity. * Coordinating the leader teams across different projects. Minimum Requirements: * Hold the qualification of Leisure Activity Director and/or hold a higher education degree in the educational field. * Prior experience coordinating summer camps / youth camps / outdoor camps / weekend leisure centers. * At the time of hiring, a valid criminal background check certificate regarding sexual offenses will be required. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge and proficiency in new technologies and educational resources. * Residency in Badalona or nearby municipalities. * Prior work experience on any El Micaquer project or prior affiliation with the organization as a user and/or member.
