Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Manager with experience in the retail sector to manage the end-to-end procurement process and negotiate with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are looking for a **Procurement Manager** located in **Alguazas**, on behalf of our client. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * End-to-end procurement process management within the distribution\-retail area. * Analysis of margins, rebates, costs, and commercial terms. * Preparation and analysis of data for decision-making (Excel, Power BI, QlikView). * Supplier negotiation and commercial agreement follow-up. * Assortment control, price list updates, and contract reviews. * Collaboration with various internal departments to ensure proper coordination across procurement processes. * Management of product, pricing, and order information through the ERP system (Navision or similar), ensuring accurate and timely updates. * Contribution to procurement process optimization through continuous analysis of available data. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement departments of distribution companies (e.g., Carrefour, Juver, etc.). * Proficiency in calculating percentages, margins, rebates, and other procurement-related KPIs. * Advanced Excel skills, plus experience with Power BI or QlikView. * Data analysis capability oriented toward process improvement. * Strong negotiation and teamwork skills. * Proficient ERP usage, preferably Navision or similar. **What does the company offer?** * Indefinite full-time contract. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8\.00–13\.30 and 15\.30–18\.30; Friday, 8\.00–14\.00 **(flexible).** * **Salary negotiable based on experience; no fixed salary band.** * Professional development opportunities.
