Daily responsibilities include participating in different processing stages, ensuring the entire process is efficient and smooth. It is necessary to handle raw materials and finished products with great attention, always following safety regulations and established guidelines to guarantee the highest possible product quality. Working hours are organized into weekly rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday, with weekends off. This is a temporary contract. A collaborative attitude is expected to ensure production lines operate effectively, complying with hygiene rules and meeting daily objectives. Adaptability to machinery rhythms and to various tasks arising in the facility is essential. Maintaining an organized workstation and assisting in facility upkeep is also a core part of the role. Continued employment depends on strong performance and the ability to adjust to the production chain’s changing requirements at any given time. Previous experience in production environments, full availability for rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, a valid driver’s license, and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace.
