At Gémina Aplicada, Iberdrola’s partner-collaborator, we’re looking for you!** **Your responsibilities:** · Acquisition of new customers. · Proposing to customers a review of their current energy supply contract and advising them on our products and services. · Customer retention and loyalty. · Identifying the most efficient solutions for our customers’ energy needs and achieving improvements for them. **What we offer:** · Indefinite contract with 33 weekly working hours from Monday to Saturday, on rotating shifts: one week mornings (10:00 AM–3:30 PM), the next week afternoons (3:30 PM–9:00 PM). · Fixed monthly gross salary of 1\.245,72€ \+ uncapped variable pay. · Continuous training: professional development in the energy sector, supported by an Iberdrola partner-collaborator company. · Growth opportunities. **Requirements:** · Experience in sales roles. · Knowledge of the energy sector (desirable). · Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-oriented skills. · Ability to work towards targets.
