R&D Technician (Cosmetics - Perfumery)

At present, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking an **R&D Technician** for our client to join their team in Murcia. We are looking for a candidate with experience in fragrance formulation and development, accustomed to working in industrial environments and focused on innovation and continuous product improvement. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Development and formulation of fragrances for various applications: perfumery, scented cosmetics, and ambient fragrancing. * Creation of new formulas and reformulation of existing products. * Optimization of formulation costs and performance. * Adaptation of formulas to applicable sector regulations. * Conducting stability tests and technical validations. * Industrial scale-up and transfer of formulations to production. * Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation. * Coordination with production, quality, and suppliers. * Research into trends, raw materials, and innovation in perfumery. **REQUIREMENTS** * Extensive experience in perfumery formulation and development. * Experience working with fragrances and aromatic raw materials. * Knowledge of alcoholic formulations. * Familiarity with IFRA standards and applicable regulations. * Technical, analytical, and organized profile. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **What does the company offer?** * A stable position within an established and growing company. * Intensive working hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00–15:00, and Friday, 07:00–14:00. * Annual gross salary range between €28,000 and €30,000, depending on experience. * A positive work environment and collaborative atmosphere. * Involvement in product development and innovation projects.
