**Description:** ---------------- At GRUPO HOZONO GLOBAL, we are seeking a **Treasury Technician** to strengthen our Administration and Finance Department. The selected candidate will actively participate in the Group’s daily financial management within a dynamic, collaborative, and continuously evolving environment. You will join the Treasury team, contributing to sound liquidity management, relationships with financial institutions, and analysis of the Group’s financial position, while also participating in process improvement and automation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute and monitor payments to suppliers, public administrations, payroll, and other financial obligations. * Track and monitor customer collections, ensuring proper application thereof. * Prepare periodic cash inflow and outflow forecasting reports. * Report on current account line positions. * Manage operational relationships with financial institutions (e.g., wire transfers, supply chain finance, factoring, direct debits). * Supervise and control financial risk associated with suppliers. * Analyze supplier credit risk exposure and collaborate in defining payment limits and terms. * Coordinate payment planning with various company departments. * Propose improvements to treasury management processes and task automation. * Ensure compliance with internal treasury and financial control policies. * Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. * Collaborate with Accounting and Management Control to ensure consistency of financial information. **What We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract from day one. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Intensive schedule during July and August: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience. * Opportunity to join a solid and growing corporate group. * Stable professional environment with continuous learning and development potential. * Participation in financial optimization and transformation projects. * Positive work climate and interdepartmental collaboration. **What We Are Looking For** * 2–3 years’ experience in Administration and Finance departments (specific treasury experience is highly valued). * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related field. * Experience or knowledge of Navision / Business Central (highly valued). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (mandatory). * Familiarity with Power BI, Teams, Forms, SharePoint, or other collaborative tools (desirable). * Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement. * Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and problem-solving orientation, with ability to interact across different Group areas. * Organizational capability, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
