If you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar environment, keep reading! What will you do during your shift? A little bit of everything! You'll be the guardian of the night, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your missions will include: **Night audit:** Like a detective, you’ll balance accounts and ensure everything is perfect before sunrise! **Customer service:** You’ll be the friendly, solution-oriented face for our guests, whether in person or over the phone. Nothing will slip past you! **Answering questions and providing information:** Our guests will want to know everything — and you’ll have the answers! From the city’s best-kept secrets to our hotel services. **Switchboard operation:** You’ll handle our switchboard like a pro, connecting calls and ensuring smooth communication. **Workstation maintenance:** You’ll keep your work area spotless and be the first to detect and report any issues. **Reservation and sales management:** You’ll help fill our hotel and encourage guests to stay with us! **Check\-in and Check\-out:** You’ll warmly welcome and bid farewell to our guests with a smile, ensuring their stays begin and end perfectly. **Billing and payments:** You’ll be the numbers wizard, managing invoices, payments, and cash register closing! **Incident management:** No problem will stand a chance! You’ll resolve guest complaints and issues with maximum professionalism and empathy. **Department coordination:** You’ll work closely with other teams to keep everything running like a Swiss watch. **Staff identification and location:** You’ll know everyone and exactly where to find them! **Other tasks:** And of course, any other mission we assign to ensure the hotel runs smoothly! **Environmental management:** You’ll join our commitment to the planet by fulfilling responsibilities within our Environmental Management System. We care about you and the environment! **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles at 5-star hotels. * Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a desire to learn. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Proficiency in computer tools and hotel management software. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Availability to work night shifts. * High level of Spanish.
