A company in the supplies sector with a dynamic atmosphere is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive person to join our office team. **What will you do with us?** * Invoicing and purchase delivery note management. * Telephone and email correspondence handling. * File and database organization. * General administrative support to various departments. * Direct interaction with suppliers and customers. **What are we looking for?** * **Experience:** At least TWO years in a similar position. * **Education:** Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Administration or related field. * **Tools:** Proficiency in Excel and management software (ERP). * **Skills:** Organized individual with problem-solving ability and strong communication skills. **What do we offer?** * **Contract:** Permanent. * **Working Hours:** Part-time, with possibility of extension to full-time. * **Schedule:** Flexible morning and/or afternoon shifts. * **Salary:** According to collective agreement. * **Location:** Monachil (Granada).
