We seek collaborators who share our service philosophy: honest, respectful, responsible, and enthusiastic professionals with polite, friendly, and discreet attitudes, committed to guest satisfaction, ready to place the customer at the center of all their actions, and motivated to deliver personalized and high-class service. Responsibilities: Tableware and Utensil Hygiene Dishwashing: Cleaning of plates, cutlery, glassware, and serving dishes used by guests, either manually or using industrial dishwashers. Kitchen Equipment Cleaning: Intensive washing of pots, pans, oven trays, and cutting tools used by chefs during service. Drying and Polishing: Ensuring all items are completely dry and free of water marks before returning them to their designated storage locations. Area Maintenance and Organization Material Organization: Sorting and returning each utensil to its corresponding section (kitchen or dining area) to ensure uninterrupted service. Machinery Cleaning: Performing daily maintenance of washing machines (filter cleaning, tank emptying, and replenishment of rinse aid and detergent). Waste Management: Emptying, cleaning, and disinfecting waste bins, correctly separating waste according to current recycling regulations. Facility Cleaning Common Areas: Cleaning floors, walls, extractor hoods, and countertops in the kitchen at the end of shifts. Cold Rooms and Storage Areas: Assisting with cleaning and organizing refrigerated chambers and storage shelves. Occasional Kitchen Support Basic Collaboration: During peak demand periods or low plonge workload, staff may assist with simple tasks such as peeling potatoes or vegetables, always under supervision. ### **Requirements** • Minimum 2 years’ experience in gourmet restaurants or upscale hotels • Flexible working hours to accommodate split shifts • Languages: Spanish; English is optional • Good appearance, discipline, proactive attitude, and strong vocational commitment. Required language: Spanish. English is a plus
