About You: * This position is permanent and requires availability to work Saturdays and Sundays in the morning shift starting at 06:00h. * Ability and adaptability to work in dynamic and changing environments * Proficiency in using computer tools (Office 365…) * Ability to collaborate efficiently and proactively with other departments * Experience in logistics Main Responsibilities (title) What You’ll Do Daily Main Responsibilities (text) \- Default language Load and unload goods from trucks, verify their condition, and check corresponding delivery notes to prevent possible errors. Place merchandise at its designated point of sale in the store, and return unsold items to the warehouse when necessary, to ensure adequate stock levels at points of sale\- Create product display spaces, develop layout plans to facilitate restocking, and correctly place complementary store products, to streamline restocking tasks. Place abandoned products back at their correct sales locations throughout the store and remove cardboard after restocking. Be available to assist colleagues from your department and other store areas as needed (order preparation, stock control, inventory…). You commit to all IKEA health, safety, and protection rules and requirements, and actively help prevent incidents involving colleagues, customers, equipment, or facilities. Actively promote IKEA’s social and environmental commitment and collaborate with your team on this mission.
