As a Java Backend Developer, your mission will be to drive the evolution and maintenance of critical systems, bridging legacy architectures and modern microservices-based ecosystems. ### **Your Challenges and Responsibilities** * + Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Java 8/11 and the Spring ecosystem (Boot, Batch, MVC). + Ensure continuous integration and seamless interaction between legacy systems and the Target platform. + Build and integrate RESTful APIs, OpenAPI, and Swagger under a microservices architecture. + Guarantee code quality by implementing advanced unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Test. + Manage and optimize data persistence using Oracle, JPA, and JDBC. * ### **What We’re Looking For** * + At least 5 years of proven backend development experience with Java (8, 11) and the Spring Framework. + Proficiency in building microservice architectures, RESTful APIs, and automation tools such as Maven. + Solid experience working with relational databases (Oracle, JPA, JDBC). + Intermediate-to-advanced English level (B2) for interaction in multicultural environments. + Experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum) and excellent interpersonal skills. * ### **We Especially Value If You Also Have** * + Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) or database migration tools (Liquibase/Flyway). + Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as OpenShift or Azure DevOps. + Experience with reactive programming, feature flags, or static analysis tools like Sonar. + A passion for learning, sharing ideas, and evolving alongside the team. * ### **How We’ll Measure Your Impact** * + Monthly achievement of project efficiency goals + Effective alignment with and execution of the strategic plan * ### **What We Offer You** * + Competitive salary range based on value. + 100% remote work from Spain, ensuring maximum flexibility and work-life balance. + A culture built on transparency, continuous growth, and real impact. + The opportunity to work on challenging projects within a collaborative and innovative environment.
