Job Summary: The candidate will support the Engineering team in the installation of new production lines and in continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and facility development. Participation in continuous improvement activities **Job Description** The selected candidate will join a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, supporting the Engineering team in activities related to the installation of new production lines and continuous improvement projects, with the objective of optimizing processes and supporting facility development. **Key Responsibilities:** + Support for installation and commissioning activities of new production lines; + Support in managing revamping interventions on existing facilities; + Collaboration with various departments (Engineering, Quality, Operations) to ensure proper execution of activities; + Support in managing operational issues during project and commissioning phases; + Participation in continuous improvement activities for production processes; + Support for facility validation and qualification activities (FAT, SAT) and commissioning; + Contribution to data analysis activities and identification of improvement opportunities **Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic or related fields); * Interest in production processes and continuous improvement; * Basic knowledge of Lean methodologies (5S, 5 Whys, Ishikawa); * Good command of English; * Proficiency with digital tools (Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar is preferred); * Analytical mindset, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Internships or short-term experience in industrial or pharmaceutical environments; * Basic knowledge of problem-solving and analysis tools (e.g., Root Cause Analysis); * Interest in quality and process-related topics (e.g., CAPA, Change Control). **About Us** We are a dynamic organization with great customers and a culture where people are valued and empowered to deliver amazing results.
