The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of driving projects from requirements gathering to successful delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise\-grade applications using Python. * Manage and optimize Oracle databases and data\-related processes. * Implement and monitor batch processing solutions using Control\-M. * Develop and maintain messaging solutions based on Apache Kafka. * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Drive solution design, planning, and delivery of technology projects. * Coordinate project activities and ensure successful execution of deliverables. * Provide technical leadership and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Participate in architecture discussions and technology decision\-making processes. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Senior\-level experience in **Python** development (**6\+ years**). * Strong experience in **Database Management**. * Advanced knowledge of **Oracle Database** (**5\-6\+ years**). * Experience with **Control\-M** and batch processing environments. * Hands\-on experience with **Apache Kafka** and messaging systems. * Experience managing and coordinating technology projects. * Strong background in: + Requirements gathering + Solution definition + Delivery tracking and coordination + Business stakeholder management * Proven leadership skills and results\-oriented mindset. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. **Nice to Have:** * Knowledge of **BPM platforms**, preferably **Appian**. * Experience working with **APIs**. * Knowledge of **Spring Boot**. * Experience integrating enterprise applications and workflow automation solutions. **What can we offer?** * 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days! * Numerous benefits (Health Care Plan, Internet Connectivity, Life and Accident Insurances). * *Retribución Flexible* Program (Meals, Kindergarten, Transport, Online English Lessons, Health Care Plan, and more). * Free access to several training platforms. * Professional stability and career development plans. * UST also compensates referrals, allowing you to benefit when referring professionals. * The option to choose between 12 or 14 salary payments per year. * Real Work\-Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted working hours during summer, etc.). * UST Club Platform discounts and gym access discounts.
