Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced MES Architect for industrial environments to lead the definition, construction, deployment, and continuous improvement of MES solutions. Key Highlights: 1. We seek an MES Architect with extensive experience in industrial environments to join digital transformation projects. The selected candidate will be a key player in defining, building, deploying, and continuously improving **MES (Manufacturing Execution System)** solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and plant teams. A strong functional and technical vision, as well as experience in international programs and complex manufacturing environments, is highly valued. **Responsibilities:** * Lead scope definition, requirements gathering, and functional design activities for MES/MOM solutions in collaboration with clients. * Manage end\-to\-end MES deployments, including configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring quality and on-time delivery. * Drive integration of MES platforms with the IT ecosystem (ERP, PLM, quality systems, and IIoT). * Conduct plant visits to gather operational requirements, validate designs, and ensure alignment with actual production conditions. * Coordinate multi\-site deployment programs, defining and implementing global Core Model strategies. **Requirements:** * Proven experience with at least one leading MES platform (preferably Siemens OpCenter; also acceptable: AVEVA MES/SP, Parsec TrakSYS, or Delmia Apriso). * Solid knowledge of MES/MOM, industrial automation, and IIoT architectures from a functional perspective. * Experience in global deployment programs and managing Core Model across multiple plants. * Consulting skills: requirements management, UAT, and support throughout transformation processes. * Fluent Spanish and English. * Ability to work in international environments and coordinate distributed teams across different locations and time zones.
