Development of key technical skills in a professional environment **Description** --------------- We are looking to hire a **Technical Placement Intern** for the **Corporate** segment. The Technical Placement team in Spain plays an essential role across the full client service cycle, acting as the liaison between commercial teams and the insurance market. Its mission is to **design, prepare, and execute risk placements**, ensuring that each process is managed with technical rigor, efficiency, and strategic vision aligned with client needs. As part of the team, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into how the insurance market operates, collaborate with various departments, and develop key technical skills within a dynamic and highly professional environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Use and operation of Willis Towers Watson’s internal tools and support for analysis using Power BI. * Participation in negotiations with the insurance market. * Support to the Risk Engineering team in technical and analytical tasks. * Collaboration with the Sales team in preparing documentation and proposals. * Ongoing interaction with junior and senior executives, providing support in daily client management. **Qualifications** ------------------ Requirements: * Proficiency in computer applications at user level. * Intermediate-level English. * Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to work within a **well-established and highly collaborative team**.
