At IGM, a pioneering and leading company in the environmental and forestry construction sector with over 28 years of experience, we are seeking Forestry and Gardening Construction Foremen to strengthen our team in Madrid. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Personnel coordination: Supervise and assign tasks to labor crews. * Maintenance of landscaped and forested areas: Carry out plantings, brush clearing, mowing, pruning, and fire prevention works. * Installation and maintenance of irrigation systems: Ensure correct installation and repair of irrigation systems. * Conduct measurements and verify work progress. * Vehicle responsibility for staff transportation. * Compliance with safety and environmental regulations. * Team training: Motivate and train personnel under your supervision. * Reporting: Communicate progress and requirements to supervisors. ***We Offer:*** * Immediate incorporation. * Stable and dynamic work. * Positive team environment. * Career development plan. * Company vehicle and mobile phone. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00.
