Driven by the significant growth of our business, we are transforming the finance function with the **objective of strengthening and improving analytical and financial support for decision-making**, both for the business area and for the Executive Committee. By joining this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth through analysis of key financial and operational KPIs, preparation of financial forecasts and business plans, as well as identification of business risks and opportunities. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance and Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field * 4\-5 years of experience in Audit, Consulting, Accounting, Management Control, or similar roles * Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting * Advanced Excel skills with experience developing data models * Strong analytical capability and understanding of business drivers and KPIs * Intermediate \- advanced English proficiency **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Conduct regular and ad\-hoc financial analyses as well as business analyses * Prepare the annual budget for various business areas, based on historical data and inputs provided by those areas * Understand business performance and provide detailed analysis to business units * Execute monthly closings * Ensure accurate and timely information for the management team * Identify key opportunities to maximize the efficiency of business decisions * Prepare financial forecasts to support business decisions * Improve the accuracy of the company’s financial reports * Maintain an appropriate accounting recordkeeping system and a comprehensive set of controls * Monitor financial information for areas related to management control, such as taxation, accounting, or strategy * Collaborate with LatAm teams on reviewing balance sheets, cash flow statements, and tax compliance **We value positively:** * Knowledge of accounting processes * Familiarity with Power BI * Experience building financial models Want to learn more? !Don’t hesitate to apply!
