Administrative Officer

Company
Description
The position focuses on the administrative management and tracking of insurance claim files within the insurance sector, specifically in the area of vehicle fleets. The main responsibility is to receive, review, and validate all documentation related to a claim—from the initial report to the final reports—ensuring compliance with current policies. Subsequently, the file resolution process is handled and coordinated, acting as the liaison between insurance companies, external experts, suppliers, and internal teams. This requires constant and effective communication to ensure processes are carried out accurately and within established deadlines. The role also involves recording and updating data in corporate databases, maintaining accurate and accessible information for analysis and decision-making. Special attention is paid to monitoring resolution timelines and proactively managing any incidents. Autonomy, organizational ability, and a clear customer-service orientation are highly valued to efficiently resolve assigned cases. This is a temporary contract. A minimum of one year’s verifiable experience in claim management, processing, or tracking is required, gained at insurance companies, insurance brokerages, or service providers affiliated with the insurance sector. An intermediate-to-advanced level of English (certified at B2 level or equivalent) is essential, along with fluent proficiency in office software tools—particularly Excel for data analysis and Outlook for corporate communication. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills to simultaneously manage multiple files without compromising the rigor and attention to detail required for document review.
