Job Summary: We are seeking a person to provide essential home support in Majadahonda, supervising and implementing the personalized nursing care plan while assisting with daily and social activities. Main responsibilities will focus on supervising, accompanying, and carrying out the personalized nursing care plan. The goal is to comprehensively assist individuals requiring help due to acute illnesses or health deterioration, covering basic daily activities. Assistance will also be provided for more complex and social activities to promote independence and well-being. You will collaborate in programs aimed at recovering autonomy and manage the patient\-nurse alarm system to ensure rapid response to any incident. This position requires a high level of commitment to quality care, demonstrating empathy and respect, and always adapting to each person's specific needs. The aim is to create a safe and trusting environment in the patient's home. Independent work capability and the ability to coordinate with other healthcare team members when necessary are valued, maintaining clear and professional communication at all times. This is a temporary part-time position. **Required qualifications include one of the following:** Vocational Training Certificate (FPGS) in Nursing Assistant, FPGS Certificate in Care for Dependent Persons, Professional Certification in Sociohealthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions, or Professional Certification in Sociohealthcare for Dependent Persons at Home. Medium-level Vocational Training qualification. Knowledge of nursing assistance.
