Cross-functional collaboration with teams and technical development of the team. #### **About this role** **The challenge** As a Senior SysAdmin in the Partner Success team, you will play a key role as a technical reference in resolving complex incidents, performing advanced troubleshooting, and driving continuous operational improvement. Your mission will be to ensure platform stability, efficiency, and scalability by addressing high-impact technical issues and elevating the team’s technical capabilities. You will join a structure where you’ll work closely with the team manager, with a clear focus on technical contribution. You will contribute to in-depth incident analysis, support critical escalations, and actively participate in the evolution of procedures and operational best practices. You will provide advanced support on cloud infrastructure, including systems, virtualization, networking, storage, and performance. You’ll have the opportunity to work on process improvement, automation, and standardization, contributing to building a more robust, efficient, and scalable operation. Collaboration will be key. You’ll work cross-functionally with Infrastructure, Product, and technology partner teams to improve platform stability and operability. Additionally, you’ll play an important role in the team’s technical development, driving knowledge transfer and mentoring junior profiles. **Requirements that are important for us** We’re looking for a **Senior SysAdmin** with solid experience in IT environments and **advanced technical support**, capable of tackling complex problems in production environments and serving as a technical reference within the team. Relevant experience and expected outcomes: * 5\+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering in production environments. * Experience in advanced troubleshooting on cloud platforms or complex IT environments. * Solid knowledge of operating systems (Linux and/or Windows), virtualization, networking, and storage. * Experience managing critical incidents and high-impact technical escalations. * Ability to diagnose performance, stability, and availability issues in distributed systems. * Participation in post-incident analysis and definition of preventive actions. * Experience collaborating with infrastructure, product, or development teams to resolve complex issues.
