YOUR ROLE We are looking to hire an intern who wishes to begin their professional development in the Human Resources department and is eager to work across all HR processes, focusing on personalized employee support and delivering improved service to all employees. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Assist in data analysis and interpretation Interpret and apply applicable collective bargaining agreements, internal regulations, and site-specific agreements outside collective agreements Learn how to resolve employer-employee issues by identifying optimal solutions and negotiating with trade unions and employee representatives Support KPI analysis and presentation Prepare monthly reports and statistics Implement and apply personnel management policies at work sites, following the company’s internal processes In short, this position supports HR-oriented employee management at assigned work sites. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
