Join STEF at the San Agustín de Guadalix center as **Dossier Manager**. This is an operational management position within the logistics area, where you will manage a team of people to understand, monitor, and communicate objectives, as well as identify and develop team members' competencies. **Your mission:** * Manage one or several key dossiers, coordinating activities and processes to ensure optimal profitability and customer service quality. * Report all activity indicators and propose areas for improvement. * Plan, assign, and monitor tasks for your team according to schedules and current needs. * Maintain organization, order, and cleanliness in the work area. * Prepare shift rosters for subsequent validation by the Manager. * Ensure smooth integration (onboarding, training, mentoring) of new team members. * Team management (absenteeism, contract renewals, staffing requests, promotion proposals, etc.). **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics or 3 years’ experience in a similar role. * Experience managing teams, ideally within logistics (retail, industry, or business-to-business services). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, internet, email, and warehouse management systems (WMS). * C1 level English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract.
