At TÜV Rheinland Ibérica, we are seeking an Engineer (M/F/X) for the Technical Management Department of ITV. **Job Description** -------------------------- We are looking for an engineer to support the Technical Management of the ITV area. * Support drafting of technical documents and ensure their compliance with applicable regulations. * Support processes carried out by technical staff at centers to guarantee that the level of technical competence meets current instructions and regulations for uninterrupted service delivery. * Deliver technical training to personnel assuming technical management responsibilities at any time. * Propose to the Technical Director appropriate measures to maximize the company’s and centers’ technical effectiveness. * Actively participate in harmonizing interpretations of technical guidelines within production activities and resolve incidents or queries raised by personnel within the scope of responsibility. * Actively participate in preparing and executing internal/external audits on a preventive basis to ensure absence of non-conformities or observations. * Collaborate in issuing technical competence certificates to technical staff based on their qualifications for performing different types of inspections. * Supervise onboarding training of newly hired technical staff. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and technical installations at the ITV station, ensuring proper operation and availability. * Monitor and control periodic inspections of inspection equipment (brake testers, lifts, gas analyzers, etc.), ensuring compliance with legal, metrological, and safety requirements. * Participate in process improvement projects for inspection and certification to achieve optimal quality and efficiency, collaborating with operational and IT departments to improve tools and applications supporting business activities. \#LI\-ES **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; accustomed to handling legislation. * Positive attitude with affinity for teamwork and effective, direct, and approachable communication. * High level of English (B2 and above). * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **What Can We Offer You?** --------------------------- * Belong to a solid international business project, with professional development opportunities and strong people orientation. * Job stability with an indefinite full-time contract. * Participatory and inclusive working environment implementing hybrid models combining office and remote work. * Access to a flexible salary package with tax advantages, competitive in the market, and enhanced by achievement-based bonuses and contributions to business results. * Individual development plan to improve professional and personal competencies, supporting talent management and defined career progression. **At TÜV Rheinland, we are committed to gender equality; therefore, this recruitment process will be conducted respecting the principles of non-discrimination and equal opportunity, based solely on candidates’ merits and capabilities.** **If you wish to participate in the selection process, please submit your application and CV.
