We are currently recruiting an **R\&D** **DEVELOPER (H/M)** to join our **headquarters in Pinar de Chamartín, Madrid.** Key responsibilities include researching and developing applications that interact with elevators. Additionally, you will participate in projects integrating programming, electronics, communications, embedded systems, and reverse engineering to develop innovative tools for the elevator industry. You will have the opportunity to learn, research, and work with highly diverse technologies within a multidisciplinary technical environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Application development. * Real-time firmware development using RTOS. * Analysis of industrial communication protocols. * Documentation preparation. * Field testing. * Design and implementation of software and hardware solutions for elevator communication. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Higher Degree in Multiplatform Application Development (DAM), Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or Electronics * Demonstrable experience in Flutter and GetX software. * Knowledge of application architecture, state management, Streams, and Isolates. * Programming in C/C\+\+. * Experience with embedded systems and RTOS (Real-Time Operating System). * Basic knowledge of electronics. * Experience in the elevator industry or industrial automation is desirable. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Opportunity to work in a multinational environment at the industry-leading elevator company. * Rotation programs across global centers, with opportunities to collaborate on global projects. * Career development plan and continuous training. * Permanent contract. * Hybrid work model. * Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8:15 AM–5:00 PM / Friday 7:15 AM–3:00 PM. * Start date: October.
