Social Work Service Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a person to coordinate the social work team at a reception center in Alcalá de Henares, within an organization dedicated to protecting individuals in situations of vulnerability. The main responsibility is to organize and supervise individualized care, ensuring appropriate follow-up for each case and identifying situations involving heightened risk. Responsibilities include providing technical support to the team, supervising reports and case files, and managing economic assistance. Ensuring accurate data entry into computer applications and coordinating communication with other services and the on-duty supervisor are also required. Additionally, support will be provided in conflict resolution and in developing internal procedures. A temporary replacement contract is offered, with full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, 11:00 to 18:00\. The annual gross salary ranges between 24\.001 and 30\.000 euros.
