At **KINEDRIK by EADIC**, we are seeking a **Senior Instructional Design Specialist (Digital Trainer)** to join a **strategic public tender project** focused on the design, development, and implementation of training programs in digital competencies for citizens, aligned with the **European Digital Competence Framework (DIGCOMP)**. The selected candidate will be responsible for the pedagogical design of training activities, defining the instructional architecture of the programs, designing innovative learning experiences, and ensuring methodological and pedagogical quality of the developed content. They will work collaboratively with subject-matter experts, graphic designers, developers, and project managers to ensure that training resources meet the objectives defined in the contract and address the needs of diverse learner profiles. This is a key position within the project, involving high responsibility in defining methodological strategies, reviewing and validating content, and continuously improving educational resources—ensuring compliance with the requirements outlined in the tender specifications and the quality standards mandated by the contracting authority. **What profile are we looking for?** We seek a professional with solid experience in instructional design, e-learning, and digital content development, capable of transforming technical content into effective, accessible, and user-centered learning experiences. The candidate must demonstrate: * A university degree in **Pedagogy, Educational Technology, Educational Sciences**, or related disciplines. * Minimum of **three (3) years** of experience in projects similar in scope and nature to this contract. * At least **two (2) years of experience** in citizen-oriented projects related to digital competencies aligned with the **DIGCOMP framework**. * Proven experience in instructional design and development of learning experiences for face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid environments. * Experience in creating, reviewing, and validating digital training content. * Knowledge of instructional design and online learning methodologies, as well as experience working in multidisciplinary teams on educational or digital transformation projects. **Particularly valued:** * Prior experience executing **public tenders**, contracts with Public Administrations, or projects funded by public resources. * Familiarity with the **European Digital Competence Framework (DIGCOMP)** and its application in training programs. * Proficiency with authoring tools such as **Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate**, or similar. * Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as **Moodle, Canvas**, or others. * Knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as **ADDIE, SAM**, or equivalent models.
