At **Fundación Camilo de Lellis**, a non-profit organization dedicated to comprehensive care for people in situations of dependency, we are seeking a **Gerocultor/a** at our **COLLADO MEDIANO** center. **Main responsibilities (according to the Dependency Care Collective Agreement):** * Providing assistance and care in basic daily life activities. * Supporting hygiene, mobility, feeding, and medication administration. * Offering emotional companionship and collaborating in stimulation activities. * Coordinating with the interdisciplinary team. **Requirements:** * Official qualification: Technician in Care for People in Situations of Dependency or equivalent. * Experience in a similar position (valued). * Availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday. * Vocation for service, responsibility, and empathy. * Availability to work **afternoon/night shifts**. **We offer:** * Immediate incorporation. * Temporary contract with possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. * A humane and professional working environment. * Conditions according to the applicable collective agreement. * An employment pool will be created for future hiring.
