Position Summary: We are seeking a Dance Instructor for our residential facility, with experience in intellectual disability and skills in adaptation, communication, and group facilitation. Social sensitivity, empathy, and companionship skills The AFANIAS Families Association, founded in 1964, works daily to consolidate itself as a leading organization in the field of intellectual disability. With broad social presence and influence, its mission is to promote autonomy and improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families, providing responses and support throughout all stages of their life cycle. In this context, we are opening the position of Dance Instructor for our residential facility located in Torrelaguna. * Training in dance, bodily expression, or related disciplines. * Prior experience working with people with intellectual disabilities. * Social sensitivity, empathy, and skills for accompanying people with disabilities. * Ability to adapt, communicate, and facilitate groups. * Specific training in art therapy, dance therapy, or related disciplines will be valued. * Training in dance, bodily expression, or related disciplines. * Prior experience working with people with intellectual disabilities. * Social sensitivity, empathy, and skills for accompanying people with disabilities. * Ability to adapt, communicate, and facilitate groups. * Specific training in art therapy, dance therapy, or related disciplines will be valued. * Location: Torrelaguna Residential Facility (Calle Afanias 9, Torrelaguna). * Schedule: Wednesdays, 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (4 hours per week). Possibility of extending working hours at other AFANIAS centers. * Employment modality: Contract with Social Security registration or possibility of invoicing as a self-employed professional. * Permanent contract. * Salary: €440 gross/month. * Immediate start.
