Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive security guard to perform access control, patrols, and incident management in an industrial setting with rotating shifts, safeguarding facilities and workplace safety. Opportunity to apply security and office software knowledge. We are looking for personnel to carry out surveillance and control tasks in an industrial environment in Trescasas (Segovia). Responsibilities include conducting periodic patrols to secure the perimeter, controlling access by recording entries and exits using computerized systems, and reporting any incidents or anomalies in detail. You must also monitor the condition of infrastructure, machinery, and storage areas, contributing to asset protection and workplace safety. Work is performed on rotating shifts covering 24 hours, requiring schedule flexibility and the ability to coordinate shift handovers with the team. Knowledge and implementation of the site’s emergency and evacuation plans, as well as incident response procedures, are required. Attention to detail and clear communication are essential for preparing reports and interacting with staff—and, if necessary, with external security forces. Constant and proactive presence is critical to deterring misconduct and ensuring compliance with access regulations. The industrial environment may involve noise, operating machinery, or vehicle traffic, so caution and adaptability are valued. Ultimately, this role protects facilities, assets, and the safety of all individuals on-site. Possession of a valid, officially accredited Security Guard License is mandatory. Candidates must reside in the municipality of Trescasas or in nearby towns within the province of Segovia to facilitate immediate onboarding and attendance at shifts. A personal vehicle is required for commuting to the workplace. User-level office software proficiency is required for operating access registration systems and preparing digital reports. Onboarding must be immediate, preferably within 24 hours of contract formalization.
