We are currently seeking an **Android Developer in Mérida** for Renfe’s Digital Competence Center for Application Maintenance and Evolution. **EDUCATION** * Higher Vocational Training in Multiplatform Application Development **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * 3 years’ experience in Android application development * Proficiency in Java and Kotlin * Experience in Android application development, including use of Android-specific libraries and APIs * Experience writing and executing unit and integration tests (JUnit and Mockito) * Experience using Gradle for dependency management and project building **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS** * Knowledge of SQLite for database handling (Room) * Understanding of Android application architecture and MVVM design pattern * Familiarity with Android Studio * Ability to debug and resolve code issues * Ability to work in an agile development environment (SCRUM/KANBAN) * Ability to integrate and use third-party SDKs * Experience working with RESTful APIs and HTTP clients (Retrofit) * Communication skills to collaborate with other developers and teams Requirements: **What will the selection process be like?** * Application review: Our recruitment team will evaluate your profile against the job requirements.
