Job Summary: SENER is seeking a Document Management Specialist to support digital transformation by managing internal and external documentation, ensuring quality controls, and providing user support for engineering projects. At **SENER**, given the increasing number of projects across our various Business Units, we aim to incorporate a professional into our Document Management team. This area is highly relevant to us, as it is one of the pillars of our digital transformation; our objective is to align document management with the ongoing digital transformation process, supporting the documentary needs of **SENER**’s processes and projects globally, effectively and efficiently. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage existing internal and external project documentation. * Ensure documentation passes established quality controls. * Maintain up-to-date records of project documentation. * Distribute documents to users who need to work on them during the project. * Ensure access to documentation for all external project users (clients, partners, suppliers, subcontractors). * Prepare reports on the status of project documentation. * Provide user support for SENER Engineering’s corporate document management system. **What Profile Are We Looking For?** We seek individuals interested in temporary, international projects. Candidates should have experience in engineering and/or construction projects using document management systems. University studies related to documentation will be considered. A B2 level of English is mandatory, as a large portion of our projects have an international scope.
