Position Summary: We are seeking a material civil liability claims handler to manage home insurance claims, ensuring amicable resolution and service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation with insurance companies and legal representatives. **Department** INDIVIDUAL CORPORATE **Region** Madrid (province) Responsibilities * Ensure efficient, rigorous, and settlement-oriented handling of material civil liability claims under the Home insurance line. * Promote amicable resolution of cases, both through conventional procedures and those processed under the SGR Agreement. * Proper use of the MASC mechanisms and the SGR Agreement. * Ensure service quality, cost control, and compliance with established claim processing deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze coverage, liability, and quantification of material damage in accordance with policy terms and current regulations. * Handle claims both as debtor and creditor, ensuring proper protection of the company’s interests. * Correctly apply and manage cases processed under the SGR Agreement, guaranteeing operational and financial compliance. * Negotiate with opposing insurance companies and legal representatives, seeking efficient settlements. 3 Essential Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience handling material civil liability claims across various lines, preferably in Home insurance. * Experience managing cases involving opposing insurance companies and/or opposing legal counsel. * Technical knowledge of material damage assessment and liability analysis. * Operational knowledge and application of the SGR Agreement. * Ability to negotiate with third parties, oriented toward reaching settlements. Indispensable Requirements * University degree. * Knowledge of other sectoral agreements beyond the SGR Agreement. * Advanced proficiency in claims handling tools
